Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb up and down ladders safely
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Adapt to current technology needs and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
