Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations with a focus on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor
- Support business priorities and deliver on sales goals through daily and weekly workload execution
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders safely as needed for stocking and merchandising
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
