Job Qualifications

- Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting merchandise
Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support guest service fundamentals and promote a guest first culture across the store
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
