Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome and thank guests while exceeding guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent experience
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb ladders and safely move merchandise including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Adapt to and utilize current technology needs to support business priorities
