Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and adapt to current retail technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail in following multi-step processes
- Positive and welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
