Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service and exceeding guest expectations
- Actively sell products with tailored suggestions and compelling visual merchandising
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, set, and accurately priced on the sales floor
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle cash transactions
- Safely lift, move, and scan merchandise, including loads up to 40 pounds
- Collaborate efficiently with team members to support sales goals and business priorities
- Resolve guest questions and concerns promptly to enhance their shopping experience
