Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic proficiency in technology for register and inventory systems
- Ability to provide outstanding guest service

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience
- Support daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb ladders to stock and organize merchandise safely
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 40 pounds
