Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and processes
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when necessary
Job Duties
- Welcome and assist guests on the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Execute stocking, setting, and selling of merchandise efficiently and accurately
- Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to inspire guest interest and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and support business priorities
- Adapt to and utilize current technology tools to enhance guest service and operational efficiency
- Safely handle merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders as needed
