Job Requirements

- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic technology proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is stocked, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders safely to stock and set merchandise
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds
- Adapt to current technology requirements and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
