Job Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to climb ladders and safely handle merchandise
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
- Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using current technology and following multi-step processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome and engage guests, exceed guest service expectations through personalized interactions
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support daily and weekly workload priorities to achieve sales goals
- Accurately operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Safely move and stock merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
