Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Accurate cash register operation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, frequently lifting up to 40 pounds
