Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds frequently
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support retail business fundamentals including department sales trends and inventory management
- Execute daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Safely scan, handle and move merchandise including lifting up to 40 pounds
