Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations
- climb ladders to stock and access merchandise
- frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds safely
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- regular attendance and punctuality
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to quickly resolve guest questions on the spot
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to learn and adapt to current technologies
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow multi-step processes with attention to detail
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- welcome and assist guests with a helpful and friendly attitude
- execute visual merchandising presentations to inspire and engage guests
- stock, set, and ensure merchandise is accurately priced and displayed
- manage inventory efficiently and maintain product availability
- operate cash register transactions accurately
- resolve guest questions and concerns quickly
