Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through engaging interactions and service recovery
- Ensure products are stocked, set, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to maintain smooth operations
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds safely and efficiently
- Adapt to current technology needs and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
