Job Duties
- Provide tailored selling suggestions and solutions to guests
- Execute visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and increase sales
- Welcome and engage guests, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
- Manage stock levels, set product displays, and ensure accurate pricing and signage
- Perform merchandise scanning, safe handling, and movement of products including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a collaborative and energetic work environment to support team goals
