Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to adapt quickly to current technology and store processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders and safely handle merchandise
- Scan, move, and stock products safely including lifting up to 40 pounds
