- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to safely operate lawn care equipment
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work
- reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team

- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- trailer towing experience
Job Duties
- Mow, edge, trim, weed, and maintain lawns and landscaping
- care for flower beds, walkways, and outdoor common areas
- operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- assist with seasonal tasks including leaf removal and debris cleanup
- identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns
- support outdoor cleanup and basic property upkeep
- maintain tools and equipment and assist with occasional minor maintenance tasks
- travel between JBNC properties and occasionally drive JBNC vehicles
