Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Provide table selections to guests efficiently
- Process various forms of payment including room charges, credit card, and cash
- Ensure accurate and timely payment handling
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout guest interactions
- Act as the final point of contact to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the greeting and cashier areas
