Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to lift moderate weights
  • basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
  • warm and serve grab-and-go food items and light fare according to safety and quality standards
  • greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and provide personalized recommendations
  • handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, including stocking shelves and restocking condiments and supplies
  • monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
  • ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
  • deliver friendly, efficient service during peak business hours while maintaining attention to detail
