Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lift moderate weights
- basic English proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
- warm and serve grab-and-go food items and light fare according to safety and quality standards
- greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and provide personalized recommendations
- handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the market, including stocking shelves and restocking condiments and supplies
- monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
- ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
- deliver friendly, efficient service during peak business hours while maintaining attention to detail
