Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years due to alcohol sales
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including at least one weekend shift
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles
- Ability to make specialty coffee is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Experience processing credit card payments is a plus
- Polite and engaging personality
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently
- Positive and energetic attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions and take food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, food, and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Restock merchandise and supplies as needed
- Process payments including credit card transactions
- Work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
