Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of culinary experience in a hotel or similar operation
- Flexible schedule including availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency in English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Availability to work through the season from date of hire through October approximately
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a similar kitchen or hotel operation
- High school education cooking school or culinary institute education preferred
- Passionate about cuisine with strong attention to detail
- Genuine caring and compassionate professional with natural hospitality skills
- Demonstrates integrity accountability and confidence in decision making
- Self-motivated and able to work independently taking initiative
- Proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Manage nightly operations of assigned station including mise en place par levels and cleanliness
- Verify station readiness by ensuring all areas are properly stocked prepped and organized for service
- Prepare consistent meals in line with production and quality standards ensuring timely and efficient food service to guests
- Follow Four Seasons Food Standards recipes and plating guidelines
- Help prepare for the next day’s breakfast and banquet services
- Maintain a clean professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with staff relaying guest orders
- Operate maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Label date rotate and store all food items according to food safety policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
