Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work seasonally through approximately October 31
- US work authorization required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage service experience
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Good knowledge of general food and beverage operations
- Ability to use ordering and point-of-sale systems effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
Job Duties
- Answer phones and take orders and requests
- Assist In Room Dining Servers with tray set up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the In Room Dining space
- Inventory items and keep space organized
- Provide attentive guest service and accommodate special requests
- Use the Micros system accurately for orders and amenities
- React quickly to change and multitask to support the In Room Dining Team and other F&B outlets
- Demonstrate professionalism and hospitality in guest and employee interactions
- Work collaboratively as a committed team player
