Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in the service industry preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently holding a managerial position at Four Seasons
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Physical ability to move and work in a mobile position within the restaurant and bar area

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of service industry experience, preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Genuine passion for hospitality with a caring and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant operations
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, preset according to party size and preferences
  • Maintain and organize the host/hostess stand, ensuring it is in excellent condition
  • Answer phone calls following Four Seasons' standards and manage restaurant reservations using a computer system
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any issues or special requests with professionalism and care
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide information about hotel services, events, and directions
  • Assist serving staff with clearing tables and running food as needed
  • Maintain an accurate station chart and cover count for the restaurant
