Job Requirements
- Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality roles involving food running and bussing
- US work authorization or managerial position at Four Seasons
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Must exhibit integrity, accountability, and a compassionate nature

- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience including busser, assisting servers, and running food from kitchen to guest tables
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current New Mexico alcohol server certification

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by assisting kitchen and servers in relaying and running food to guests of the bar and restaurant
- Deliver food and drinks with passion while maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence
- Continuously learn and expand knowledge of food products and improve service processes
- Assist servers with additional side work, greet and seat guests when necessary
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns and requests
- Ensure proper and accurate delivery of food to guests, maintaining seamless service experience
