Job Requirements

  • Must have current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico Food Handler Certification required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality roles involving food running and bussing
  • US work authorization or managerial position at Four Seasons
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Must exhibit integrity, accountability, and a compassionate nature

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience including busser, assisting servers, and running food from kitchen to guest tables
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico Food Handler Certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service by assisting kitchen and servers in relaying and running food to guests of the bar and restaurant
  • Deliver food and drinks with passion while maintaining Four Seasons standards of excellence
  • Continuously learn and expand knowledge of food products and improve service processes
  • Assist servers with additional side work, greet and seat guests when necessary
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns and requests
  • Ensure proper and accurate delivery of food to guests, maintaining seamless service experience
