Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of combined restaurant experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- Possess New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Ability to multitask
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at Four Seasons
- Strong guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience including bussing, assisting servers, and running food
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service assisting the kitchen and servers with relaying and running food to guest tables
- Deliver food and drinks with passion and teamwork to ensure seamless service
- Continuously learn about food products and menu offerings to improve service quality
- Assist servers with additional side work and greet guests in the absence of the hostess
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to guest concerns
- Accurately deliver food to guests ensuring service meets Four Seasons standards
