Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience including bussing assisting servers and running food
  • Ability to multitask
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico food handler certification
  • US work authorization unless currently a managerial employee at Four Seasons
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Using your genuine and authentic personality provide exceptional service assisting both kitchen and servers in relaying and running food to guests of the bar and restaurant conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
  • Deliver food and drinks with passion as a committed team player supporting kitchen and servers
  • Continually learn and expand knowledge of food products looking for ways to improve
  • Assist servers with additional side work and greet and seat guests in absence of hostess
  • Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Properly and accurately deliver food ensuring seamless service
