Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico food handler certification
  • US work authorization unless currently a managerial employee at Four Seasons
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong integrity and accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in bussing, assisting servers, or running food
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
  • New Mexico food handler certification
  • Genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service assisting kitchen and servers with relaying and running food to guests
  • Deliver service and partnership with passion to assist kitchen and servers
  • Constantly expand knowledge of food products and service techniques
  • Assist servers with additional side work and guest seating
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns
  • Properly and accurately deliver food ensuring seamless service
