Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience
- Ability to multitask
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico food handler certification
- US work authorization unless currently a managerial employee at Four Seasons
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong integrity and accountability

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service assisting kitchen and servers with relaying and running food to guests
- Deliver service and partnership with passion to assist kitchen and servers
- Constantly expand knowledge of food products and service techniques
- Assist servers with additional side work and guest seating
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns
- Properly and accurately deliver food ensuring seamless service
