Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products while serving customers
- Suggest additional items to customers as appropriate
- Support other areas of the restaurant as requested such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions
- Provide outstanding customer service consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas
- Handle food and beverages according to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
