Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays from Memorial Day until Labor Day
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be friendly, approachable, and have a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays from Memorial Day until Labor Day
  • Previous front desk agent experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Bringing your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts
  • Increasing guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests
  • Taking ownership in providing a memorable experience from checking in through to checking out
  • Taking care of internal as well as external phone calls
  • Addressing guest complaints and requests in a timely manner
  • Being pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals
