Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays from Memorial Day until Labor Day
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be friendly, approachable, and have a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays from Memorial Day until Labor Day
- Previous front desk agent experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Bringing your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts
- Increasing guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests
- Taking ownership in providing a memorable experience from checking in through to checking out
- Taking care of internal as well as external phone calls
- Addressing guest complaints and requests in a timely manner
- Being pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals
