Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work weekends, holidays and flexible hours
- physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- strong communication skills
- prior experience in cash handling or food preparation is a plus
- must be dependable and reliable

Job Duties
- Set up and break down workstations
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including trash removal, sweeping/mopping and general cleanliness
- knowledge of food product identification and acceptable level of food quality
- maintain Department of Health standards and participate in inspections
- rotate and change food holding containers as needed
- prepare food according to recipes and protocols and operate food preparation equipment
- ensure proper portion sizes to maintain food costs
- assist in other areas of production
- perform cash handling functions including operating the POS
- provide general customer service
- adhere to cleaning schedules
- ensure all work locations are neat, clean, organized and safe
- provide consistent quality throughout menu and ensure proper preparation and holding of products
- complete assigned tasks from management
- establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with staff
- maintain knowledge of park attractions for customer service
- follow WCS rules and regulations
- remove debris and empty trash receptacles from restaurant and public areas
- perform general sanitation of grounds
- deep clean equipment, walls, floors, ceilings
- operate lightweight grounds equipment
- adhere to food handling and storage procedures
