Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Long hours may be required due to business demands
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty pounds
Job Qualifications
- A degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Degree
- Four or more years' experience in a luxury full service environment is preferred
- At least one year experience in a leadership service role or similar capacity role with exposure in food and beverage standards
- Knowledgeable of HACCP & local food safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others and maintain accountability of staff
Job Duties
- Works to uphold Discovery Land Company Sequence of Service for F&B outlet
- Partners with the Food and Beverage and Culinary leadership team to create exemplary culinary standards and an environment of continual improvement
- Coordinates restaurant activities with Culinary team to optimize member service
- Work with Catering & Events Manager on events
- Oversees daily operations of F&B direct service at restaurant outlet
- Effectively monitor the operation through observation and teamwork, ensuring presence is always on the floor
- Assist with all member or guest issues/concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
