Job Requirements

  • minimum bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • at least three years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel or resort
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • knowledge of menu planning and inventory management
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification desirable

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in budget management and cost control

  • knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • oversee budget management and cost control
  • develop and plan menus in collaboration with culinary team
  • supervise inventory management and ordering processes
  • ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff
  • maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
