Job Requirements
- minimum bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- at least three years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel or resort
- strong leadership capabilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- knowledge of menu planning and inventory management
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification desirable
