Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • proficiency in menu planning and development
  • knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
