Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- proficiency in menu planning and development
- knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
