Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old
- prior food preparation experience
- willingness to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate
- ability to walk to and from assigned areas including stairs
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- frequent use of arms hands and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls

Job Duties
- must be willing to accept the most effective role as determined by management
- makes guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job
- prepares all menu items to specified quality levels
- inspects food preparation and serving areas to ensure sanitary food-handling practices
- serves guest with a sense of urgency
- controls serving portions of meals
- controls food inventory
- must maintain a clean organized work area and complete end-of-shift cleaning duties
