Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
Job Qualifications
- General food knowledge
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- Able to work outdoors in the sun
Job Duties
- Welcome our guests to the pool and provide guests with water service, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, while complying with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
- Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed
- Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtain pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels
- Serve and clear beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
- Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment
- Assist in timing and organizing food orders at the kitchen line
- Other duties as assigned
