Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol when applicable
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle objects, reach with arms
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus
- ability to pass background check
- completion of all required training and certification
- ability to maintain consistent attendance
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- possession of all legally required state or local training certificates
- successful completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- good public speaking skills
- ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- problem identification and evaluation skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management
- ability to set goals and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- exceptional guest service skills
- ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
- serve alcohol legally and responsibly when applicable
- maintain knowledge of and adherence to alcohol service laws
- promote Regal Crown Club Program
- enforce MPAA rating system
- manage coupons and ongoing promotions
- handle money and cash drawers accurately
- detect counterfeit bills
- apply excellent sales techniques including upselling
- operate, prepare and clean equipment
- manage concession storerooms properly
- use cleaning materials appropriately
- follow opening, closing, and in between show procedures
- follow emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- comply with food safety laws
- adhere to dress code
- ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- track and report tips accurately
- complete cast certification and concessionist training
- understand training materials including topics on harassment and discrimination
