Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol where applicable
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to follow theatre policies and procedures
willing to complete all required training
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good physical condition to meet the demands of the job
reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion
completion of legally required state or local training and possession of required certificate
completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
good public speaking skills
effective listening and clear communication
ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
problem identification and evaluation skills
ability to perform under pressure
excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management
ability to set goals, budget time, and prioritize tasks

Job Duties

Regular and consistent attendance
exceptional guest service skills
ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
serve alcohol in compliance with state and local laws when applicable
maintain up-to-date alcohol certification and training
promote Regal Crown Club Program
enforce MPAA rating system
manage coupons and ongoing promotions
accurately handle all money, cash drawers, delivery receipts, and inventory
detect counterfeit bills
apply excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
operate, prepare, and clean related equipment
properly use concession storerooms and cleaning materials
follow opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
adhere to emergency, evacuation, and robbery protocols
comply with local, state, and federal food safety laws
enforce dress code
ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
accurately track and report tips
progress towards or complete cast certification program
comply with training on sexual harassment and discrimination
