Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2-year work experience in hospitality, recreation, customer service, or security preferred
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- strong communication and multitasking skills
- cash handling and cashier experience
- ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- knowledge of guest service standards and emergency response procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have or be able to attain a Food Handlers Card if assisting with food service
- valid driver’s license required
- security experience or training preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Assist RV guests with check-in, site setup, and general inquiries
- support golf course operations including cart staging and starter duties
- perform light landscaping and groundskeeping tasks such as watering, raking, and trash removal
- assist with clubhouse duties including cleaning, restocking, and event setup
- monitor resort amenities and ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- conduct routine security patrols of resort grounds, facilities, and parking areas
- report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or guest disturbances to management
- ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are secured during off-hours
- respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues with professionalism
- operate golf carts and utility vehicles safely and responsibly
- must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- other duties may be assigned
