Job Requirements

  • currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
  • pursuing a bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality management, tourism, business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • basic understanding of event planning and logistics
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • ability to assist with event setup and breakdown
  • ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications

  • assist in planning and coordinating large-scale events
  • collaborate with banquet and operations teams
  • track and manage event revenue
  • communicate with clients to ensure event success
  • manage on-site event setup and execution
  • support event logistics and scheduling
  • utilize event management software
