Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or event coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Food Handlers permit
- TABC certification

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant or bar
Job Duties
- Print banquet event orders and kitchen sheets weekly
- Attend weekly BEO meetings to review upcoming events
- Coordinate with operations for AV equipment testing and requirements
- Address dietary restrictions and create signage
- Develop and maintain buffet signage
- Collect and clean signage
- Assess and prepare equipment for events
- Track event inventory
- Set up buffets according to standards
- Conduct nightly event space walk-throughs
- Clean and organize event equipment and spaces
- Assist team with event preparation and inventory management
- Liaise with manager on duty to confirm staff allocations
- Coordinate with front of house staff for event areas
- Ensure event coordinator presence for each event
- Monitor event calendar daily
- Email managers about upcoming events
- Monitor replenishments during events
- Act as primary contact for event hosts
- Perform post-event takedown and space restoration
- Update inventory needs and inform management
