Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Preference given to those pursuing a degree in event management or related fields
- Unimpeachable integrity and trustworthiness
- Superior time management skills
- Willingness to work early morning, late evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to work outdoors with occasional physical exertion
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with White River State Park
- Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges
- Flexibility to adjust work functions as events warrant
- Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidential information

Job Duties
- Be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ambassador for White River State Park
- Work with event teams, vendors, and event planners in load-in and load-out of events
- Attend planning meetings with events team
- Work with Live Nation Sales Manager and event planners to successfully attract and execute third-party rentals in the park
- Serve as on-site event liaison for third-party rentals
- Work with Community Outreach & Event Coordinator with execution of WRSP in-house community events
- Perform other duties as assigned
