Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Preference given to those pursuing a degree in event management or related fields
  • Unimpeachable integrity and trustworthiness
  • Superior time management skills
  • Willingness to work early morning, late evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to work outdoors with occasional physical exertion
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with White River State Park
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges
  • Flexibility to adjust work functions as events warrant
  • Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidential information

Job Qualifications

  • Familiarity with White River State Park

  • Flexibility to adjust work functions as events warrant

Job Duties

  • Be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ambassador for White River State Park
  • Work with event teams, vendors, and event planners in load-in and load-out of events
  • Attend planning meetings with events team
  • Work with Live Nation Sales Manager and event planners to successfully attract and execute third-party rentals in the park
  • Serve as on-site event liaison for third-party rentals
  • Work with Community Outreach & Event Coordinator with execution of WRSP in-house community events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
