Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 2 years of related experience and/or training in a service oriented business
- at least 1 year of related experience as an event server or similar strongly preferred
- experience with Ctuit, GoTab, and/or Open Table desirable
- must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card issued by the city of San Diego
- must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) training certificate
- certified beer server preferred
- must have reliable transportation as this role requires occasional travel to events and other Stone locations

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet fans as needed
- make all our fans feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them
- banquet set-up and tear down including handling of table linens, place settings, glassware, tables, chairs, and food buffets
- set banquet rooms according to function sheet, diagrams, and instructions
- deliver food and beverages from service kitchen and bar to guests promptly according to event specifications
- demonstrate clear and open communication between all team members and event guests
- monitor and observe guest experience, ensuring satisfaction with food and service and responding promptly and courteously to requests
- advise supervisor of any guest complaints
- clear soiled dishes, glassware, and cutlery as needed
- follow company, local, state, and federal health and food safety practices maintaining a clean and organized work area
