Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years related service experience
  • at least 1 year event server experience preferred
  • familiarity with Ctuit, GoTab, or Open Table
  • current San Diego County Food Handlers card
  • current RBS training certificate
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to work October through January
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow health and safety protocols consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • at least 2 years of related experience in a service-oriented business
  • at least 1 year of experience as an Event Server or similar role preferred
  • experience with Ctuit, GoTab, or Open Table desirable
  • current San Diego County Food Handlers card
  • possession of current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training certificate
  • certified Beer Server preferred
  • reliable transportation for travel to events and other locations

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet fans as needed
  • make all fans feel comfortable and provide personal care
  • perform banquet set-up and tear down including handling table linens, place settings, glassware, tables, chairs, and food buffet
  • set banquet rooms according to function sheet, diagrams, and instructions
  • deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests promptly per event specifications
  • maintain clear communication between team members and event guests
  • monitor and respond courteously to guests' needs and complaints
  • clear soiled dishes, glassware, and cutlery as required
  • follow company, local, state, and federal health and food safety standards
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
