Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- food handlers card
- serv safe certification within 90 days of hire
- one year of experience in event planning or related field
- CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- valid AZ driver's license with satisfactory 39-month MVR report
- ability to obtain tribal operator driving permit
- pass a drug test
- agree to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Duties
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand food and beverage service needs
- develop comprehensive plans including menu selection and staffing
- consult with senior management on event day logistics
- recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff
- provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- establish and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
- coordinate deliveries and manage inventory
- set a culture of exceptional customer service
- handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- implement safety policies
- monitor food and beverage costs and labor expenses
- identify opportunities for cost savings
- oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of service areas
- coordinate with departments for smooth event operations
- solicit feedback for continuous improvement
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices
