Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events
- Valid AZ driver's license with a 39-month satisfactory MVR report
- Obtain a tribal operator driving permit at the time of hire
- Satisfactory results from a test for illegal drugs
- Acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events
- Valid AZ driver's license with a 39-month satisfactory MVR report
- Obtain a Tribal operator driving permit at the time of hire
- Ability to stand walk and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Previous experience in a bar restaurant or event setting preferred
- Knowledge and experience working with Gila River Indian Community or other Native American Communities preferred
- Satisfactory results from a test for illegal drugs
- Acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace
Job Duties
- Ensure F&B areas are stocked with necessary supplies including liquor mixers ice glassware garnishes regularly replenish these items throughout the event
- Keep F&B areas clean and organized including wiping down surfaces removing empty glasses and bottles disposing of trash assist with washing glassware and utensils
- Assist all F&B team members with preparation work such as cutting fruit for garnishes preparing simple cocktails and retrieving items as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to bartenders and event manager assist with inventory counts and restocking before and after events
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries providing directions and ensuring guests have a positive experience
- Assist with setting up F&B areas before events including arranging supplies and equipment help with breakdown and cleanup after events ensuring all equipment is properly stored
- Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Work closely with bartenders servers and event staff to ensure seamless service and a successful event
- Assist in driving company vehicles and equipment as needed
