Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical stamina required
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of state and local serving guidelines
  • ability to comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in an upscale environment preferred
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays from Memorial Day until Labor Day

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • plan and present bar menu
  • check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
