Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- valid state driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to pass a background check
- physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license (commercial driver's license not required)
- clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- comfortable operating different vehicle types including vans, box trucks (16-24 ft), flatbeds, and pickup trucks (availability varies by location)
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- great communication skills with customers and team members
- bilingual in Spanish is highly valued
- basic knowledge of fleet management or GPS routing software is a plus
Job Duties
- Safely operate Bright vehicles in compliance with state laws and company policies
- complete assigned delivery and pick-up routes in a safe and timely manner
- work alongside the Installation Team to load, unload, set up, and dismantle event equipment such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and custom pieces
- communicate with Dispatch regarding schedules, updates, and any delays
- transfer products between locations when required
- complete required vehicle inspections using fleet management software
