Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • valid state driver's license
  • clean driving record
  • ability to pass a background check
  • physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Valid state driver's license (commercial driver's license not required)
  • clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
  • comfortable operating different vehicle types including vans, box trucks (16-24 ft), flatbeds, and pickup trucks (availability varies by location)
  • able to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • great communication skills with customers and team members
  • bilingual in Spanish is highly valued
  • basic knowledge of fleet management or GPS routing software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Safely operate Bright vehicles in compliance with state laws and company policies
  • complete assigned delivery and pick-up routes in a safe and timely manner
  • work alongside the Installation Team to load, unload, set up, and dismantle event equipment such as tables, chairs, flooring, lighting, tents, dishware, and custom pieces
  • communicate with Dispatch regarding schedules, updates, and any delays
  • transfer products between locations when required
  • complete required vehicle inspections using fleet management software
