Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a high-volume kitchen environment
- must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego
- reliable transportation is necessary

Job Duties
- Working machine and/or hand washing station as necessary
- removing garbage and recycling at end of each shift
- assisting in trash audits
- promptly reporting equipment issues, shortages and other problems to chef or supervisor
- completing opening and closing checklists
- closing the kitchen properly and/or assisting others in closing the kitchen
- consistently maintaining all company and industry safety and sanitization practices and standards
- practicing open and respectful communication while assisting with identifying and driving process improvements
