Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a high-volume kitchen environment
Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego
Reliable transportation
Ability to work during the October through January holiday period

Job Duties

Working machine and/or hand wash station as necessary
Removing garbage and recycling at end of each shift
Assisting in trash audits
Promptly reporting equipment issues, shortages and other problems to chef or supervisor
Completing opening and closing checklists
Closing the kitchen properly and/or assisting others in closing the kitchen
Consistently maintaining all company and industry safety and sanitization practices and standards
Practicing open and respectful communication while assisting with identifying and driving process improvements
