Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 21 years old
- one year of prior truck-driving experience preferred
- class B CDL with HazMat endorsement required
- CETP certification required for propane delivery
- apprentice oil-burner license required for oil delivery with furnace priming
- must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment and random drug testing
- strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Conduct daily safety checks of the delivery vehicle and report needed repairs
- review manifest and load truck for deliveries
- make safe and efficient deliveries in compliance with regulations
- use established delivery standards focused on safety and customer service
- interact professionally with customers and respect their property
- communicate with dispatchers and routing specialists about delivery concerns
- participate in team huddles and maintain a professional appearance
- use the Raven handheld device effectively
- prime furnaces, perform leak tests, and light pilots for customers
- participate in night and weekend on-call rotations
- keep delivery truck organized and stocked with tools and safety gear
- support other departments through cross-training
- perform additional duties assigned to support operations
